Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kg9bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the kg9bet website located at https://kg9bet.org and all associated services, features, and content made available through it.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "Accept", "Confirm", "Register", or "Login" button, or by simply continuing to use the Platform after these Terms have been updated and re-published, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• Are at least 18 years of age;
• Are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• Are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or entity;
• Accept that these Terms form a binding contract between you and kg9bet.

kg9bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any such revision constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to kg9bet and participation in any betting, casino, or gaming activity offered on the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of the account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. kg9bet operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. We actively verify the age of account holders and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is not expressly prohibited by law at the time you place a bet or access any game.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Minors, individuals subject to legal guardianship orders, and individuals who have been formally self-excluded from online gambling platforms may not register.
• Single account: You must not already hold a registered kg9bet account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

kg9bet reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Account Registration & Security

To access kg9bet's full range of betting, casino, and gaming services, you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method.

You agree and acknowledge the following with respect to your kg9bet account:

• Accuracy of information: All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. kg9bet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify kg9bet's support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. You may do this by contacting our English-language support team at any time (BST, UTC+6).
• Account changes: Any change to your registered personal details (including name, address, or contact information) must be reported to kg9bet promptly. Account changes are subject to verification and may require supporting documentation.
• Two-factor authentication: kg9bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. This feature is available free of charge from your account security settings.

kg9bet reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time in accordance with our internal compliance policies. Accounts that cannot be verified to our satisfaction may be suspended, restricted, or permanently closed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kg9bet — including deposits, withdrawals, and any transfer of funds within your account balance — are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

• Supported payment methods: kg9bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your playing balance.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal to source: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to fund the account where technically possible. This policy forms part of our anti-money laundering (AML) controls. kg9bet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing times: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically processed within 2–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one Bangladesh business day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• No withdrawal fees: kg9bet does not charge fees on standard bKash, Nagad, or Rocket withdrawals. Bank transfer and card withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed at the point of the withdrawal request.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. kg9bet reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month to dormant account balances after this period. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

kg9bet reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, kg9bet will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation to support the transaction.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

kg9bet offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus policy set out here.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus credits awarded by kg9bet are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms at the time of the offer.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to registered players who meet the stated eligibility criteria. Unless otherwise specified, welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first qualifying deposit. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and any associated free spins expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion's individual terms. Expired bonus credits are automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, or coordinating with other players — constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. kg9bet reserves the right to void all bonus credits and associated winnings and close the accounts of players found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
• Withdrawal during active bonus: Where a player holds an active bonus credit balance, withdrawal requests may be subject to the fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements before the withdrawal can be approved. Players may choose to forfeit a bonus at any time from their account settings, after which standard withdrawal rules apply to any remaining real-money balance.
• Seasonal promotions: kg9bet may offer promotional rewards tied to events meaningful to Bangladesh players, including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. Each seasonal promotion is governed by its own specific terms published at the time of launch.

Betting & Casino Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting, live casino, slot, and instant game activity conducted through the kg9bet platform. Game-specific rules are published within each individual game and take precedence over these general provisions where they are more specific.

• Bet acceptance: A bet or wager is not confirmed until kg9bet has acknowledged it with a confirmation message and a unique transaction reference. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet will be void and your stake will be returned in full.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets, games, and betting events on kg9bet. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may vary by game type, event, player account status, or promotional status.
• Cricket and sports betting: All cricket and sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the ICC, or other recognised authority). In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or interruption, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that market.
• Palpable errors: If odds, payouts, game outcomes, or any other displayed information is the result of a manifest technical error or a pricing mistake (a "palpable error"), kg9bet reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and to return stakes to the affected players. kg9bet will notify affected players by email in such instances.
• Live in-play betting: Live in-play betting markets are available on selected cricket and sports events. In-play odds are updated in real time and may change rapidly. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided.
• Game availability: kg9bet's game library is subject to change. Games may be added, modified, or removed from the platform at any time. Access to specific games may be restricted based on technical, regulatory, or commercial considerations without prior notice.

kg9bet provides games and sports betting markets sourced from licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules and mechanics of each game are governed by the respective provider's game logic, which has been independently certified for fairness.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kg9bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting on any sporting event offered on the platform;
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to claiming the same bonus multiple times, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements artificially, or using multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions;
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure, servers, or security systems;
• Reselling or sublicensing access to kg9bet services to third parties;
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic access restrictions or to misrepresent your location;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kg9bet staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the platform.

Account Closure & Suspension

Either you or kg9bet may close or suspend a kg9bet account subject to the terms set out in this section.

Voluntary closure by the player: You may request the closure of your kg9bet account at any time by contacting our English-language support team. Before your account is closed, all pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 Bangladesh business days.

Suspension or closure by kg9bet: kg9bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information;
• The account has been used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• The player is under 18 years of age;
• Closure is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation;
• Closure is in the best interests of the player on responsible gaming grounds.

Where an account is closed by kg9bet due to a breach of these Terms, kg9bet reserves the right to retain any balance held in the account at the time of closure as a result of the breach. In all other circumstances, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Responsible gaming closure: Players who wish to self-exclude from the kg9bet platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so at any time by contacting our support team or by using the self-exclusion tool available within their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to indefinite and cannot be reversed until the full elected period has elapsed. We take responsible gaming self-exclusion requests extremely seriously and implement them with immediate effect.

Governing law and disputes: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the kg9bet platform should first be directed to our support team at [email protected]. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. kg9bet's decision on all matters relating to these Terms, account management, and game outcomes shall be final and binding subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
